Parallel Feed Screen (US Patent Pending)

MODEL PFS 44500

FEATURES

· High frequency linear stroke vibrating motion
· Five (5) parallel decks stacked at horizontal level
· Feed tube with perforated plate spreader tray arranged on each screen deck
· Two (2) inlet pipes connected to feed tube on each deck through outside of screen box
· Sealed underflow chamber directly connected to inside end vertical discharge tubes
· All oversize products from each deck dropped into the bottom collecting hopper
· Ten (10) ways distributor box arranged directly above screen box, the discharge pipe connected to the feed inlet pipe outside of screen box with rubber hose
· Screen panels clamped down through side bars by wedges and toggles at discharge end
· One spray bar arranged on each deck

FEATURES

· Stainless steel construction, 4’ x 8’ screen box vibrates with very high 6G force, 3.3 mm linear stroke with 1800 cpm

· Two aluminum frame 2’ x 8’ pretensioned screen panels arranged side by side to avoid transition of material over seams of screen panels from feed to discharge end

· Very simple leak proof screen panel fastening method

· *Patent Pending Air Explosion Screen Cleaning System, where compressed air is periodically injected into screen under-flow chamber like an “explosion”, is very useful in preventing screen blinding problems without use of water sprays
