Typical Hard Rock Mill Installation

Shown here are two fully automated Knelson Concentrators processing 10-20% of the grinding circuit circulating load. This layout is most commonly utilized in mill circuits and will generally provide overall recovery rates of 25-70% depending on the characteristics of the ore.

Typical Alluvial Installation

Shown here is a multi-unit installation of automated Knelson Concentrators used as the primary recovery method, processing the -1/4" [6mm] fraction of the feed. A secondary Knelson Concentrator is utilized to upgrade the primary concentrates prior to final clean up.

Extreme Gravity Installation

The term "extreme gravity" describes an aggressive gravity-only approach to previous metal recovery. Combining this processing philosophy with rigorous control of grinding, screening and cyclone performance has provided unprecedented recovery of free milling precious metal ores.
