Semi-Continuous (Batch) Knelson Concentrator (KC)
The Knelson batch concentrator is widely considered to be the most technologically advanced gravity recovery batch system available today. It replaces all conventional gravity recovery equipment such as sluices, jigs, cones and spirals.

The concentrator is commonly applied as a primary recovery device in precious metal milling circuits and alluvial treatment plants.

The batch model Knelson Concentrator operates on two basic principles; enhanced gravitational force and a patented material fluidization process.

Continuous Variable Discharge Knelson Concentrator (CVD)
The Knelson Continuous Variable Discharge concentrator (CVD) was developed to address the limited mass yield of the batch concentrator.

It's engineered for applications that require enhanced gravity separation for the continuous processing of ores with a relatively high content of target mineral. It uses similar principles of mineral separation and recovery to that of the batch concentrator, but allows the concentrate to be extracted from the fluidized bed on a continuous basis.

The CVD concentrator is commonly applied as a recovery device in applications such as chromite, cassiterite, iron ore, silver, native copper, gold sulphides, and tantalite.

ConSep ACACIA Reactor

The ConSep ACACIA Reactor is a patented, high efficiency leaching system, exclusively designed to handle the high-grade concentrates produced by Knelson Concentrators.

The system is designed to maximize gold recovery from gravity concentrates and provide numerous process advantages over a conventional gold room.

"I am a small scale miner in the Eastern Region of Ghana. I came across Knelson in my quest for appropriate technology for effective processing results, so I paid several visits to Ashanti Goldfield mines to see how the plant and the concentrators function, and have been a first class Knelson propagator even though I still haven't succeeded in mobilizing the entire amount to own a Knelson CD yet. I will stay a great fan of Knelson and hope to own one in the nearest future. Great works! Congratulations and happy anniversary from the management and staff of Okoampa Mines Ltd." - Dr. Justice Dartey - Okoampa Mining Ltd., Ghana ...more > >
