How it Works
The semi-continuous (batch) Knelson Concentrator (KC) has revolutionized the gravity recovery of precious metals from both hard-rock milling operations and alluvial mining plants worldwide.
The continuous Knelson Concentrator (CVD) utilizes the same widely proven fluid bed enhanced gravity separation technology as the semi-continuous Knelson Concentrator. The key difference is the method in which the concentrates are collected and discharged. Learn more about the continuous-type Knelson Concentrator.
The ConSep ACACIA Reactor is a high efficiency leaching system, exclusively designed to handle the high-grade concentrates produced by Knelson Concentrators. The system is designed to maximize gold recovery from gravity concentrates and provide numerous process advantages over a conventional gold room.
Here you will find an extensive listing of abstracts from numerous published reports from universities, research laboratories and end users of Knelson Concentrators. Click on the associated link to download the full PDF report to your desktop.
Both batch and continuous-type Knelson Concentrators are available in a wide variety of models and sizes to accommodate a diverse range of application requirements.
