The concentrator is designed and manufactured to provide reliable long-term service and trouble-free operation. It is critical to implement a pro-active preventative maintenance program to ensure high unit availability and the lowest possible operating costs for any mineral processing equipment.
On-Site Maintenance Seminar
Knelson provides 1-2 day on-site maintenance seminars designed to familiarize mill personnel with routine maintenance procedures and assist with the implementation of a preventative maintenance program. Seminars include classroom instruction followed by hands-on training.
Factory maintenance training is for those who require more comprehensive training of supervisory or maintenance personnel. Although similar to the on-site maintenance seminar, the factory maintenance training is an intensive one-on-one 3-day factory maintenance-training program that includes both classroom instruction and hands-on factory training of major component repair and maintenance.
In response to the increasing industry trend towards out-sourcing of major mill equipment overhauls, Knelson provides an on-site contract maintenance for concentrator refurbishment.
