The GRG (gravity recoverable gold) test is a widely accepted industry test used to determine the theoretical maximum amount of gold that can be recovered from a sample. It is also the most popular test performed in KRTC facilities.

This test is a multi stage test that utilizes the KC-MD 3 laboratory Knelson Concentrator with sequential grinding. A 30kg of sample crushed to -1.7mm (sample crushing can be arranged at an extra charge) is required to perform a GRG test.

The price of the GRG test includes all assays at an independent lab and a comprehensive metallurgical test report detailing testing results and analysis.

All costs associated with gravity amenability test work performed by KRTC may be applied towards the subsequent purchase of any model of Knelson Concentrator to a maximum of 2% of the list price.
