Sample hopper and feeder can be used in applications were a steady state feed rate is required for granular or powdered material.
This device is supplied with a stainless-steel feed hopper with a capacity of 57 litres (15 US gallons) of dry solids. A steady rate of feed is delivered through the use of the variable speed rectangular pan feed tray combined with a feed hopper equipped with a variable vibration control for consistent feed discharge. The vibratory feeder allows for hands-free operation and can be set to deliver product at rates ranging from 0-15kg. (0 – 35lbs) per minute.
The dry feeder is a perfect complement to the KC-MD3 gravity concentrator.
