VANCOUVER, Canada - Knelson, provider of unique processing solutions to the world, announced the launch of Knelson Gravity Solutions (KGS) to an international mineral processing audience at the 2002 Gravity Concentration Workshop held on October 25th in Vancouver, Canada. The workshop, presented by Dr. Andre Laplante of McGill University, was sponsored by Knelson and included over 65 delegates from six continents.

"KGS is really a re-branding of our traditional mineral processing business, which has seen a growing trend towards partnering with customer s to provide comprehensive knowledge-based solutions that specifically address the unique needs of customers," stated Doug Corsan, VP of Knelson Sales.

With the formation of Knelson Gravity Solutions, Knelson has added two new members to their growing in-house technical team.

"We're tremendously excited that gravity concentration has regained industry favour as a serious processing alternative and we're keen to work with our customers to demonstrate exactly what can be accomplished," said Kevin Peacocke.

"Although it's still in the early days, we feel we're on the cutting edge of what could be a major technological shift in the gold processing industry," added Peacocke.
